The form's fields become rows you map to your spreadsheet columns. Emboss auto-matches the obvious ones for you to confirm, then fills a separate PDF for every row and bundles them into a single ZIP you can download.
Who it's for
Anyone with a roster in a spreadsheet and a form to fill: certificates for a class, tax forms for every contractor, ACORD certificates for a list of insureds, offer letters for a new-hire group, disclosures across many properties. If the data is already in rows, batch fill turns it into finished forms.
When to use the API instead
Batch fill runs in the browser and is built for people, not pipelines. If you need the same run inside your own application — triggered by your software, with your own concurrency and storage — use bulk fill with the API instead.
